Today, Plenty Search has announced a major milestone in its growth with two seasoned recruiting professionals, Brooke Henn and Elle Salibian, joining the team as Principal Recruiters. With long track records delivering exceptional recruiting results in their last executive search roles, Elle and Brooke are joining the Plenty team at a pivotal juncture in the company’s continued growth as it looks to the new year.  

While the VC-backed startup and technology sectors have experienced market volatility over the last year, Plenty Search has continued to grow as a firm during this time. Brooke Henn

Brooke Henn is an experienced talent acquisition professional who brings her unique expertise to Plenty Search. Before joining us, Brooke contributed significantly to Fractal Software, where she identified and recruited founders who went on to launch groundbreaking vertical SaaS companies within Fractal's illustrious portfolio. With a deep-seated mission to modernize American industries and empower aspiring entrepreneurs, Brooke was a driving force behind Fractal's transformation. Prior to Fractal, Brooke specialized in recruiting senior-level talent for various high-growth startups. Her exceptional ability to spot, attract, and retain top-tier talent played an indispensable role in propelling startups to success in the ever-evolving tech world.

Elle Salibian

Elle Salibian, a seasoned executive search professional, kick-started her career at Google. Over nearly seven years at the tech giant, she worked on Director and VP-level searches across a broad spectrum of product areas, from Search and Machine Learning to YouTube, Security, Cloud and Infrastructure, and Platforms and Ecosystems. Elle's journey led her to Netflix, where she played an integral role in establishing the in-house executive search team during its formative years. Her responsibilities included working closely with co-CEO Greg Peters and his leadership team to recruit top talent across the entire organization. Beyond her involvement in search projects, Elle also took the initiative to design and scale systems and processes that elevated the team's capabilities.
