Nursa is revolutionizing hiring and recruiting processes for healthcare facilities. The company provides a fast and streamlined marketplace app that connects healthcare clinicians and facilities for per diem and on-call shifts.
THE PROBLEM
As Nursa continued to drive growth in its business, the company needed a strong VP Ops to oversee all national market acquisition, engagement, and operational success. This role required a highly specialized skillset that was a unique blend of technical, operational, and creative talents.
